If your IRCTC account is not linked to Aadhaar. So here you have to get a few things right. Correct your name and address depending on what you enter.

Yes but let me tell you this thing here. Once you have created an account and generated a user ID, you will not be able to name yourself. And your IRCTC account will not be linked to Aadhaar.

Something similar happened in my case also, on my IRTC account I have registered my name as Nitish Verma, which is based on Nitish Kumar. For this reason the details did not match. And my IRCTC account could not be linked to Aadhaar.

In such a situation you will have to create a new account. Create a new IRCTC account with the same name as your Aadhaar given.

If you want to keep the email and number the same, then update the email ID and number in the old account with some other number and email ID. OTP will also be sent to you while changing the email ID and number.

Then enter this number and email ID in your new IRCTC account. Verify OTP. This problem of yours will also be solved.
